TERMS & CONDITIONS.
1. Registration
TGFC customers are required to have a valid ABN to hold an account with us. Registration forms are available via our sales team or by completing our online application form
2. Trading Terms
All purchases are to be paid in full upon collection.
Enquiries and applications for credit accounts can be emailed to accounts@thegoodsflowerco.com.au.
Please Note: Credit account holders will require minimum monthly spends to be eligible.
3. Credit Claims
Damaged or faulty goods must be photographed immediately and returned to TGFC warehouse within 24 hours of purchase. Any credit request/claims must made in writing within 24hrs of purchase and emailed directly to orders@thegoodsflowerco.com.au. Please attach all photos and/or proof of damage or quality issues.
Please Note: No credit claims will be accepted for discounted/reduced to clear flowers or failure to provide proof of damage or quality issues.
4. Placing Orders
Orders need to be placed with our sales team by email directly to orders@thegoodsflowerco.com.au. All orders need to be received no later than 12pm the day prior to collection and require a minimum order spend of $200 (excluding GST).
Any changes or cancellations must be emailed through before 12pm the day prior to collection to orders@thegoodsflowerco.com.au.
Please Note: We are not able to change or cancel your order after this time as we have already begun sourcing your products from our growers and suppliers.
By placing an order, you are committing to purchase the flowers and/or products requested and you will be liable for full payment of all products ordered.
Please Note: We will not be held liable to fulfil your order as a result of the following reasons:
• The product is out of stock
• The product is out of season
• There are production issues, flaws or faults
• Due to natural seasonal variation
• Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
While we will do our best fulfil your order exactly, due to natural variances in the weather beyond our control and seasonal availability of some flowers and foliage, we cannot guarantee the availability or exact colours and shades of flowers and foliage.
5. Lead times
Some lines require 2-3 weeks lead time in order to secure stock. Please talk to our sales team about lead times for our various product lines.
6. Buckets
Buckets are available for use from our warehouse for a fee. Please see fees below:
• Small/Med buckets - $2 per unit
• Tall square buckets - $5 per unit
• Tall white cylinder buckets - $4 per unit
Upon return of buckets, your account will be credited for use going forward. Failure to return buckets will result in cancellation of your credit.
7. Pricing
All pricing is GST exclusive and subject to change without notice.
8. Customer Etiquette
We have a wonderful and dedicated sales team and florists who are here to help you. Under no circumstances will we tolerate any kind of aggressive or abusive behaviour towards staff or other customers at any time. Please remember that even in times of stress, kindness goes a long way and is always remembered by others.
Please also endeavour to handle all product with care and respect. Customers will liable for any damage caused while shopping.
Failure to comply with any of the above will result in your account being closed.
9. Occupational Health and Safety
All customers are required to wear closed-toe shoes or other appropriate footwear and clothing when on the premises.
10. Delivery
TGFC does offer a delivery service for a fee. Minimum spends apply. Please email orders@thegoodsflowerco.com.au for more details.
